Data collected and purpose

The contact form collects the information you enter: first and last name, email address and, where you provide them, phone number, company, portfolio size and location, current tool, needs and message.

This data is used solely to handle your demonstration or information request and to contact you about it. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing rests on your consent, collected when you submit the form, and on Séjoria’s legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries addressed to it.

Retention period

Data from the form is kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact, after which it is deleted.

Hosting and processors

The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Genève), Suisse). Although Switzerland is not part of the European Union, it benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision recognising a level of data protection equivalent to the GDPR.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets one technical cookie, used solely to remember your cookie choice so you are not asked again on every visit. Under CNIL guidance, this cookie does not require prior consent.
